The performance of every metric that I can think of is SUPERB, and it fires on all cylinders!!! The aftershave balm is also top notch. Thanks for the great review of this soap. I was pleased to see this review as I have a tub of Eufros Fougere in the on deck circle. Last week, I did a most excellent three day tour with Lima-Especias-his spicy mentholated lime soap. Very nice indeed. I believe Bullgoose also has some Eufros for sale, albeit for more money than West Coast Shaving.

Sending a new soap isn't always the case for some, they just say they are sorry. Manuel seems to be an honest guy. For that reason I have sold all my Lpl soaps and put three in the trash. Defective soaps were due to misuse by the owner.That was the deduction of the maker. Manuel is at a different level.

The Fougere makes it known that this is a premium tallow soap while GEA just states premium. Each one of the tins reads handmade by JabonMan and this must be the company name. The tins are of a light gauge and can be dented or crushed very easily. Not really my favorite when it comes to shaving soap containers now that most use plastic tubs.
